Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By placing an order, acknowledge that you without any limitations accept these general terms and conditions. Skogsberg&Smart reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions and update the online retail at any time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Skogsberg&Smart reserves the right to delay, cancel or adjust any order if fraud or unjust behaviour is suspected.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us. 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. 

SECTION 3: PAYMENTS

Our payment provider is Shopify Payments, a payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd.

When paying with a credit or debit card, the purchase amount is reserved and debited once you receive the order confirmation and Skogsberg&Smart has accepted your order. Note that, for security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order will be added to the checkout, including any shipping- and payment charges. 

If you are outside the EU your order is subject to local taxes and/or import duties of your country, which are levied by your local customs authority and you are responsible for. Your invoice will be provided to you by UPS or DHL and needs to be paid in order for you to receive your item(s). In some countries, taxes and/or duties have to be paid in cash directly to the courier. We offer the following payment methods:

SECTION 4: SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard delivery within Sweden and EU on orders above 1500 SEK. 

Due to size and weight, select items will require a delivery surcharge. You'll find the cost estimate on the checkout page.

Estimated delivery time in Sweden is 5-7 business days

Estimated delivery time for Europe is 3-5 business days

Estimated delivery time for North America is 5-7 business days

All delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Unless specified, 14 days delivery time applies. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery. locations or adverse weather conditions. Orders made during weekends will be shipped out the next business day. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via e-mail. You have the right to cancel your order due to delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example, as our supplier or freight forwarder can not fulfil their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all reimbursement to customers regarding delivery delays.

SECTION 5: RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to send back your item(s). To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. 

We do not offer free returns and are not able to refund postage charges, which will be deducted from your refund. The value of the goods is credited when the goods have been returned to our warehouse.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product or its original packaging shows signs of usage or has been altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item.

We do not offer exchanges and the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the new item. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our return policy.

We can only accept returns and faulty goods that have been purchased from the Skogsberg&Smart official online store. If you would like to return goods that have been purchased from somewhere else, please go directly to the shop where you purchased the goods.

SECTION 6: PRIVACY POLICY

At Skogsberg&Smart we protect your personal integrity and always strive for a high level of data. When you visit skogsbergsmart.com (or any linked domains) we collect information about all visits to our website. We use this information to improve your user experience, evaluate the use of the individual elements of the site and to support our marketing.

When placing an order, acknowledge, that you accept that we will store your personal data to be able to communicate further with you.

The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. All data will automatically be deleted within two years after your latest purchase from us.

As a customer, you are entitled to access your collected data categories (article 15) and you may object to the registration pursuant to the relevant rules in the EU legislation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon appropriate request, we will update, change or remove personal information that we control with reservation against violating any legislation.

We can reject requests that are unreasonable repeated, demand disproportional high technical intervention (e.g. development of new systems or changing existing processes substantially), affect another individual’s personal data, or requests that are extremely impractical (e.g. information from back-up systems).
