These variations are part of the craftsmanship and make each piece individual. They should not necessarily be considered defects.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device and display settings.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order through our online store, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock discrepancies or other errors affecting the order.

If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the relevant amount will be refunded.
